Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and must reside in participating zip code areas in Hampton Roads\Southestern Virginia. Employees of Greenbrier Pawn, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Contest Entry: To enter the Contest, users must provide their valid email address, zip code and phone number through the app. Each participant will be automatically entered into the daily drawing for cash prizes upon successful submission. Only one entry per person is allowed for the entire duration of the Contest. By entering, the contestant is authorizing Greenbrier Pawn Inc to Email once daily the Name of the Winner and other promotional coupons and information. Should the Contestant unsubscribe from the email list the contestant will also be removed from the contest entrants list.
Prize Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted by a third party app (Random.org) Monday thru Friday of each week from all eligible entries previously received and received daily by the end of each contest period. The selected winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize Notification: The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided during entry. The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes: $100 Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners as specified in the Contest. All Prizes must be picked up in person at Greenbrier Pawn Shop by the Winner. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other alternative.
Publicity: By participating in the Contest, users agree to allow Greenbrier Pawn Inc. to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without any further compensation.
General Conditions: The Greenbrier Pawn Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. Greenbrier Pawn Inc. is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, or unauthorized access to the app that may affect the entry process or prize drawing.
